Fast-track your professional and personal development
One-on-one corporate coaching is an effective way to foster executive development and create more dynamic, focused organisations. Coaching can assist managers to be more empathic, understand and work to their strengths, identify areas for growth or development, and become better team leaders.
Coaching isn't just for CEOs and executives, it's for staff in any level of an organisation who want to accelerate their personal and professional development and maximise their potential.
Coaching encourages people to leverage their strengths across their professional life.
As a Conflict Management Coach I can also work with clients to build conflict awareness, resilience, and develop conflict management skills.
Are you are an HR Manager?
Sometimes HR Managers identify that staff would benefit from coaching around a particular coaching goal. In this scenario the HR Manager is the 'sponsor' who engages the coach and discusses the organisational goals and the context for the coaching. Confidentiality and reporting parameters are determined with the sponsor and then communicated to the client prior to commencing coaching.
Contact me and we can talk about how I can help you, or your organisation, to enhance performance.
“The key takeaway for CEOs and boards is that seeking out a coach or advisor is not a sign of weakness, but instead a key attribute of being a superior leader. For boards and other stakeholders, they should understand that it could help make the difference between a good organisation and a visionary one.”
- David Larcker & Stephen Miles, co-authors, Stanford University/The Miles Group, 2013 Executive Coaching Survey
