It often comes up when we are moving away from the known and familiar - when we are back in the environment of being a learner, considering a new role, or stepping up to another level in our lives in some way.

Without concrete skills on how to recognise and manage the inner critic voice, it can derail the acquisition of new skills, undo learning, and result in us working from our stress hormones of cortisol and andrenaline.

The INNER CRITIC TOOLKIT is a coaching and teaching package that will:

  • Help you understand the neuroscience behind the inner critic voice

  • Give you techniques to hack your brain response

  • Give you the opportunity to partner with me through coaching to develop powerful interventions tailored specifically for you so you can recognise and manage the inner critic voice
